Although Very busy due to 30 plus guest buses, the hotel did a great job providing good breakfasts, adjoining rooms made for convenience between the two rooms. Little bit of noise, running across floor upstairs, and in hallways. Pool was very comfortable not cold hot tub hot, staff helped with extra requests. Great job staff on Thanksgiving weekend.

It is pretty close to other hotels, fast food places, gas stations and the freeway, so I thought it would be noisy. Plus I had the room right next to the elevator. But it was very quiet, so I had a good night's sleep. It was nice and clean and smelled fresh. I would stay here again.

A nice stay
Our suite was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was in the bedroom so the air didn't make its way into the the other room very well. We had our dog with us and they we happy to accommodate her. But it would have been nice to have a trash can at the dog area that they have. We definitely came back.

Every time I come to Watertown to stay I always book with Country Inn and Suites. The rooms are spacious, clean, and homie. I have never been disappointed with the service, always friendly staff no matter the situation. I recommend staying here.

Checked in a lottle after 4pm, walked up to room, and they were still cleaning. Had to wait for them to finish. Hotel smelled liked an ashtray. Rock hard bed. Very noisy, rooms are not soundproof at all.

Property was clean and staff was great. Gym was very bare bones (only a bike, a treadmill and an elliptical machine. No weights or mats. And water cooler was empty) and the elliptical trainer made an awful noise.

1 desk chair, 2 bad beds, nothing else to sit on. Poor TV reception, filthy carpet and walls. Exit door remained unlocked all night. Overall this property deserves a much lower rating and I feel I was deceived.
