This hotel was clean and served us as an inexpensive overnight. The included breakfast was quite good. The room is quite dated, but the bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean.

Customer service horrible from the start to the end when we left. No one was ever at reception and had to buzz to get service. Tried asking for extra towel and said had nothing. Went for breakfast and no one was there to replenish coffee or other food items. Other customers had been there 30 minutes and tried to get service and got nothing. Eventually someone came to replenish the coffee maker. Even had to ask for yogourt. Asked for receipt to ensure not charged extra and the person had no clue and kept referring me to sitr I booked. Absolutely no customer service.

The room was clean but out-dated. Public areas were less clean - the breakfast area was somewhat disorganized and the waste basket was overflowing with garbage at 8:00 a.m. which means it hadn't been emptied in quite a while. The exterior of the building is in need of dressing up and cleaning, not at all inviting.

Customer service when we arrived, was nice, elevator is broken, I requested ground floor, witch was granted. Free breakfast, was mediocre and no one around to ask questions. For a old motel, it's well maintained. Clean. Quite.

Ground floor, smelled terrible like must. Very damp. Bedding was dirty, we had to strip the blanket off and get our own blankets from the car because we found a big blood mark on the bottom of the blanket that was facing the inside of the bed. Toilet paper was like tissue paper.

Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good, the hotel is clean and so are the rooms. Our shower had caulking all over the tap, some fixtures are in bad need of upgrades. Too many bandaids.

Mixed experience. The positives first—free parking is always a win, and the area around the hotel is quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. It’s also conveniently located near stores like Aldi and Walmart, plus a variety of restaurants, so it was easy to grab what we needed. Our room was clean, and the bed was really comfy, which helped us get a good night’s sleep. The shower had decent water pressure, and the room came with great amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The continental breakfast was good, too. They offered cereal, waffles, eggs, potatoes (though they were a bit dry), fruit, orange juice, milk, and toast or bagels. Now for the not-so-good: the tables and bathroom sink were unusually low, which was a little awkward. Also, when we first arrived, there was nobody at the front desk, so we had to wait around before checking in, which was a bit frustrating. During checkout, the guy at the front desk was a bit rude when asked for a printed receipt—not exactly the customer service we were hoping for. The building itself is quite old and has a noticeable smell, and unfortunately, our room had a lingering cigarette smoke odor. The outdoor pool was closed.

The guy that checked us in was horribly rude. I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and he accused me of booking for 2 adults. When i got accessed to the WIFI and I showed him my reservation he didn’t apologize. The room looks and smells outdated. Breakfast time we couldn’t find any staff to ask for supplies. The milk, eggs, orange juice, tea bags (5) only available. The washroom was outdated and 1 ply toilet paper was provided. The surrounding areas were okay. Nice trails to walk around. Nice food.

The right price for the holiday we were there. Only thing I didn't like is no cleaning person showed up, so had no clean sheets, nor towels or washcloths. We did get towels and cloths after asking for new ones. Not a big deal, but just wanted to share. Everything else was okay, the usual continental breakfast and so on.
