Was put in the basement of the hotel instead of the cabin that we had booked as they were already booked. Was only notified at check in. The room’s bath faucet clearly needed repairs.

From pictures the word cabin isn’t explained as a place down the road. It was clean inside but heater didn’t work. Parking lot was full of thick mud we had to tip toe through. Honest marketing prepares guests for what they have booked.

Truly an excellent place to stay
When we arrived we were told the cabin we'd reserved wasn't available--it had been our choice specifically for its kitchenette facilities which were essential to us. When alternate arrangements were still problematic the manager interceded and graciously gave us a substantial free upgrade to accommodations that more than met our needs. It's very refreshing to deal with a place that puts customer satisfaction first. The hotel was spotless; every aspect seemed designed to excel in standards of quality and comfort. What a wonderful place. We would certainly stay here again when visiting the area.

Super cute place. Lots of history inside decorating the walls. Room was small but king bed cozy. A/C worked, ice machine worked. Staff friendly. Breakfast available. An older place but I really enjoyed it.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Love being greeted with happy staff like Erica, Shay and Joanna. They even bake delicious brownies for you At check in and in coffee area, fresh cookies. Breakfast is good with a varied menu that includes fresh fruit. Housekeeping is on top of making rooms nice and clean. There’s a new restaurant next door H&M that is good. A little pricey but nice size portions. The hotel is a good location to visit the North Unit, New Town and Fort Union. I spent four nights. Highly recommend!
