Waited nearly 20 minutes at the front office for someone to get us checked in. Finally called the hotel phone number to get someone to the front. He then took nearly another 20 minutes to get us actually checked in. Along the way he charged us an $84.00. That was resolved the next day with a different person.

I put in to change my reservation a month before my stay through Expedia, but the hotel would not cooperate with Expedia to refund me for the night I did not need at the hotel even though I had proof that I requested the change within the cancelation timeframe. The manager seemed to be more concerned with sticking it to Expedia than helping me - the customer. Very disappointed with the hotel and will not stay at this one ever again.

Looked at and heard freeway all the time, cleanliness was not a priority to this hotel, breakfast was pitiful (walked across parking lot and ate at MacDonald's. Pool & jacuzzi were the only nice things at this hotel. If you stay there, get an even numbered room away from freeway.
