The hotel is under renovation. Once it’s complete, it will be very nice. We waited about 20 minutes for a front desk clerk to check us in. Nobody was there and we called and rang the bell but nobody came. We the kitchen staff the breakfast was extremely nice. And the breakfast was good. almost left. We didn’t receive any of the Expedia VIP amenity or upgrade. The breakfast attendant was extremely nice. And the breakfast was good.

The staff here are brilliant all around and make you feel welcome, seen and heard. They are efficient and friendly. The Rooms were well decorated and kept in top condition. The beds and pillows were comfy! Great experience!

Our stay here was excellent. We dropped our bags off early and the reception staff were really friendly and helpful, this was the same when we went back a couple of hours later to actually check in. Our room was lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family!
