Slightly dated, but good hotel overall
Our hotel room was spacious, quiet, and clean, but it did have a very weird layout as it was one of the corner units. Overall the hotel seems nice and its conveniently connected to and office building/shopping arcade with restaurants and shops. The tiny pool and tiny gym were nothing to write home about, though. But overall, a good hotel and good place to stay.

We love staying at the Jefferson Inn when we're in town for a play or concert at the Grand. We've always been treated very well by all staff and dinner at the Char Grille is always great too!

Our room was chilly. I sent a text stating that. I received a text back saying that someone would get back with me. No one ever did. The breakfast was OK, nothing fancy. Pretty limited choices, and always the same thing. Lots of money for what we got.

Breakfast was very disappointing. No silverware, no eggs or hot food. Staff would come out and see pans empty and walk away. Then they would come back with stack of plates.
