"This is a very prestigious hotel in Lebanon. My room had spectacular views of Beirut and the water and I watched the sunset from my room every night. The hotel is iconic, the staff and service were impeccable. The Spa and Gym are newly built and very convenient."

"This is a nice hotel but it seems to be on a budget that is passed on to the customer. There are only the basics and sometimes those are limited or missing (ie toilet paper, towels etc). If you ask they will bring it but you always have to ask. Our reservation included a breakfast buffet but that was discontinued.We were often overcharged for items in the restaurant and if you want a good glass of wine that won’t happen. They were often “out off things”. I do believe it is a product of the lack of tourism due to the war. That being said the pool facilities are beautiful. "
