Very nice stay. Staff was so friendly and helpful in every way. Loved that it was pet friendly and very convenient to dining options and Baylor Scott and White Hospital were my great grand baby was born. Room was very roomy and clean. Would recommend.

The front dest personnel were nice and attentive. The room just seemed old n carpet was kind of dirty. The shower was nice but the worst thing for me room 313 was very dark. The light kept going off n on. Very poor lighting. Probably will not stay there again n wont recommend the hotel. Sorry.

Had trouble with our key cards the whole stay. Several attempts from helpful staff claiming they needed to charge the lock? Ultimately nothing fixed, one late night staff member asked “what do I get if the key works now?” They used a master key to get in and did not fix anything.
