The housekeeping staff are excellent! The management staff is good depending on who you get. The room was very clean. But my TV went out and I had a night left on my stay. It was the weekend, so no maintenance person. I told the front desk person that it went out the night before at 9 am, he didn't check the tv until after 3:30 pm. I was told that there was no maintenance person on the property and that I had to stay in that room until tomorrow. I told him that I was checking out in the morning. I was not compt a room nor was I given a discount.

Staff tried changing identification/photo id policy that was not told upon booking. Room is in need of an update and bathroom wasn’t clea, floors feel tacky and motion lights flickered. Walls extremely thin and heard neighboring guests conversations

Staff for friendly, knowledgeable of amenities both at the motel and surrounding area. Rooms appear to have been recently updated to more modern style and decor. However, the rooms were dirty, linen soiled and stained, heavily worn and discolored towels, with several electrical outlets and receptacles not functioning.

The room smells musty.... some of the lights and plugs didn't work- commode didn't flush properly- the room was not clean in too many instances to name. No ice- no disposable cups. In four words.... DO NOT STAY HERE!

Cigarette burns in comforters. Extremely heavy smell of smoke. Rusty fridge and old microwave. Furniture paint missing and peeling. Tiny bathroom with no water pressure. Wasn’t cleaned well; found a viagra on the floor. Front desk attendant was friendly.

The room itself wasn't terrible, There was absolutely ZERO water pressure in the sink or shower, the water never really got hot. The first night we stayed was OK, the next day when we returned from our day only one of the beds was re-made and had some items missing from our bags, nothing expensive, the towels used the night before weren't replaced with fresh ones. The ice machine was out of order.

The people were very nice and helpful only complaints were we had four people in the room and every day they would only leave 2 towels and had to have our keys reprogrammed twice but the front desk was very quick to get things fixed for us otherwise was a nice stay for what we needed

Dirty and rude
The door to the first room that we were given would not lock and it smelled like old cigarette smoke even though we asked for a non smoking room. When we went to say something, the person at the front desk was rude and acted like he could care less. We were not offed a different room until we were about to drive away. The second room had dirty towels, a dirty bathtub and an alll around dirty bathroom. The bed was hard as a rock also. The following morning, my husband went to the lobby to get coffee and the desk clerk was asleep and seemed extremely upset when he had to start the coffee pot even though it was almost 8 in the morning. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

They say “you get what you pay for.” This was one of the cheaper hotels in the area. We had stayed here a few years ago and it was average. This time around we found our room quite dirty. Dirty towels, hair in the tub….I forgot to bring flips flops to walk from the bed to the bath room and after a few trips my feet were black with dirt. The rooms on the front side are loud bc of the road. We did ask for the floor to be mopped and for new towels…the staff was accommodating.

Had a cricket in my room that made noise the whole night. This hotel has no amenities, no shampoo, conditioner, etc. just a tiny bar of soap My sheets on the bed had a stain and my non smoking room had definitely been smoked in previously as the odor of cigarettes was very strong.
