The stay here is always great with the exception of i am never given a ground level room and i always request one due to i have lower extremity issues as i am a disabled veteran. I am a silver member and i stay in your hotels at least once every 6 weeks.

The hotel staff members were friendly, helpful, professional, and accommodating. The hotel lobby and our room were exceptionally clean and well maintained. This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and without reservation I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, convenient, professionally staffed lodging experience.

Everything was clean. The breakfast options included a good variety of food. Staff were very helpful to supply a roll away bed. The only complaint is about the regular bed in the room. There was a significant dip in the middle. I had to sleep in an awkward position to prevent rolling off the slant into the middle of the bed. The mattress would have been comfortable otherwise.
