Located approximately 40 miles west of Fort Worth in scenic northwest Parker County. The guesthouse is a 600 square foot, one room offering comfortable accommodations for a single traveler or couple. There is a queen size bed with room for 1-2 twin size blow up mattress (provided) to accommodate up to two more guests. Families welcome. Please let us know if you will need the blow up mattresses.

There is satellite tv and a Roku. Wifi as well (35 download, 5 upload) The guest house has a full size kitchen with stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee pot and a filtered water system. There is a large bathroom with tiled standup shower. The guesthouse has a relaxing porch overlooking an in-ground 5 foot deep pool. All guests swim at their own risk. Pool is currently covered for winter.

For a relaxing night there is a fire pit, small charcoal and gas grill, and a serenity garden. Enjoy the great outdoors.

Located 12 miles from historic Weatherford which offers many restaurants and shopping. 45 miles from Texas motor speedway and 60 miles from Dfw airport.

Covered Bridge venue- 13 miles
Tricks Creek venue- 15 miles. Minimum age requirement- 21 years or older.

Third Time in Paradise
We returned for a third time because this is such a great place to escape. If you’re looking for a dog-friendly, quiet and peaceful oasis, this is it. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Second Stay in Paradise
Our first stay at the Hacienda was so enjoyable that we had to return! The second time was even better. The hosts are welcoming and excellent communicators. Their check-in/check-out process is very easy, making the “logistics” a breeze. This is a beautifully landscaped, dog-friendly property in a peaceful location. The pool is lovely, shady and relaxing. The guest house is cozy, comfortable and fully-equipped. What more could you ask for? We look forward to our next visit!

Perfect getaway
We needed a quiet little break and didn't want to deal with airlines or a long roadtrip. This cottage just outside Weatherford was just right. It was an easy one-hour drive fron North Dallas; secluded, but just 15-minutes from casual shopping and plenty of dining options. We enjoyed the onsite pool and tranquility garden, both of which were nicely cooled by great treelines. The pool is within view of the hosts' home. However, we only saw them come and go and hardly knew they were there. There's boating and other outdoor activities within reasonable distances and the Chandor Gardens are well worth a visit. We highly recommend this location for a casual escape.

I cannot say enough positive about our stay here. It was a last minute booking for us, and host when above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I will, and have already, recommend this gem to anyone looking to stay in the Weatherford area. The hacienda was charming, the garden and pool were the relaxing break we were looking for, and the rural neighborhood was secluded while still being close enough to civilization to offer fun amenities.

A lil piece of country living
My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this super cute hacienda, making it our base camp for activities in the general area. The hacienda had a queen bed with a full kitchen, sitting area, and a chest of drawers. The bathroom was very clean and the corner shower had great water pressure. The owners had a couple of water bottles and a homemade banana bread waiting for us. This lil piece of country was perfect for our stay and we will definitely be back when needing a place in Weatherford.

Perfect Getaway
From the first interaction by email to the morning of checkout our hosts were welcoming and pleasant. The property in the country is beautifully situated with shade trees, landscaping, herb and flower plantings and sitting areas. The guesthouse is comfortable and perfect for travelers with pets. Convenient full kitchen with all the necessities. The pool was so very nice and a highlight of our stay. Only thing better was meeting our new friend, Luca, the cat! We hope to stay again soon.

They Saved Our Entire Trip!
The entire experience from beginning to end was exceptional. I had messed up the booking dates and my stay was paid for and passed up by the time it was realized. After contacting the hosts, they were able to help us out with no extra cost. We had my brother's wedding that week and it would have been a whole ordeal if they weren't so helpful. The home itself is very quaint and a nice escape from the busy city life. You will see lots of farm animals and whitetail deer on the journey from the highway. After arriving at the home, you will be welcomed by the curious dogs that are behind a fence. The guest house is very comfortable with room to walk your dogs before turning in for the night. The side road to the home is long and good for walking or jogging. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life for a moment.
