Great hotel outside Joplin
We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and always enjoyed our stay. It’s clean, reasonably priced, and staff is friendly. Amber has been at the front desk the last two times and is always so helpful and friendly.

Everything was great except rock hard beds...
This hotel is very nice and clean, great location, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff and seems updates. I thought I had found our new place to stay on our way to the South as we go at least once a year. Unfortunately the beds were way way too firm, like sleeping on plywood. I cant imagine the majority of people prefer to sleep on beds that firm, but it seems to be the norm with hotel beds. My hip, shoulder, and back were hurting after an hour of laying on my side. If you dont mind the super extra firm matresses, then you would like this place.

Very nice stay. Check in was aweaome! The gentleman had already looked up my rewards without asking and had a great sense of humor, which I greatly appreciate after a very long 14 hour drive. The room was fabulous. Only complaint was the people above us were up and stomping on the floor all night and someone was smoking pot, but nothing to do with the facility.

Lives up to the hype
We needed to stay a night while traveling to visit family for the holidays and found this hotel at a reasonable price and with a 9.8 score. That sounded almost too good to be true, but it actually lived up to the hype! The entire property felt modern and well-maintained, with little things like room-specific wifi access, contactless room keys etc. The breakfast was great, the ham/pork roll in particular was delicious. The beds were very nice, I think these pillows are the closest to actually decent pillows I have had at a hotel in years. Do note that the beds are very tall, so smaller kids may have trouble climbing up (or falling off). The AC unit was newer and had heat and cool options. We were only there overnight so we did not try the gym or pool. If I was to nitpick at anything, it’s the general state of sound insulation. It is quiet around the hotel since it sits apart from any major thoroughfares or businesses, but you can clearly hear anything going on outside yout window (car engines idling in the parking lot, conversations etc.) and I believe whoever had the room above ours was moving the furniture around for a solid half hour with all the loud bumps. But it wasn’t really a problem, just mildly annoying to us since we wanted to sleep early after driving all day. If we ever find ourselves needing a hotel in the Joline area again, we will absolutely come back here!

We chose this hotel because it was an inexpensive option on our trip and the reviews were amazing. I was skeptical but the hotel truly was amazing. Bed was comfortable. There were a lot of pillows which were also comfortable. The shower was good and the room was clean. The breakfast was good for a hotel with many options including for people with dietary restrictions (I saw gluten free muffins available). This was an excellent hotel and we highly recommend it!!
