Everything was great after we got in. Getting details for entrance was through an email and no front desk for questions. Very helpful when I called, just stressful start. Location and facilities were wonderful, clean, and spacious.

Checking in system is very terrible! I send e-mails to them many times to need a entrance code, but I failed. As no person tare care it. According to their check in system, we sent my passport and pictures three times but I still can not get it. Why ?

Pros - 1 min walk from tram stop. 1 min walk from shop. Accommodation clean. Cons - WiFi did not work. Smart tv did not work - could not access Netflix or any streaming app. unable to contact property despite it saying “available 24/7” yet they supply no means of contacting them. I tried texting via number listed on Expedia but received no response. Thankfully our issues were minor but would have been awful if we had a big issue and no one to contact.

Loved this apartment !
My family of 4 stayed in this apartment for 2 nights and it was perfect for us. Spacious and clean and warm for December. Very big overall and 6 free washing machines downstairs a massive bonus. Access was easy via Wedding station straight over the road and there is an excellent cheap supermarket next door. Good kitchenette to prepare meals is awesome. My only gripe was the pillows were awful. Huge but so flat.

Great place….but.
I think these online check in/totally digital places are ok if you are in your twenties or thirties. If you are in your seventies it is more of a problem. And if you are using an intermediary like Hotels.com it can be even more difficult. Hotels.com cocked up and we were outside for over two hours.

The property is in pristine condition. Brand new and very well designed. There is no staff on board, which makes for an interesting check-in experience that was new to me. You require a total of 2 passwords across 3 secure doors. Look out for the email from Limehome 1 hours before your scheduled check-in time. I did not know that beforehand but luckily checked my email on the train. Other than that, everything about this stay was outstanding
