Very nice! If you happen to travel in warmer weather, this hotel did not have AC. That's probably common. But except for that ,- great stop. Nice, straight drive into Hafencity!

Warum man ein Hotel 5 Meter neben einer Bahnstrecke baut, wird mir unbegreiflich bleiben. Die Fenster sind mehrfach verglast, aber trotzdem hört man natürlich die Züge. Ein schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist jedenfalls undenkbar. Dementsprechend stickig ist natürlich die Luft morgens. Wir haben zwei Nächte gebucht, eine Zimmerreinigung fand währendessen nicht statt. Da das Bad nicht richtig belüftet war, waren die Handtücher am zweiten Tag dann noch klamm. Das Haus hat keinen Charme, all die kleinen Dinge, mit denen man den Gast gewinnen kann, ließ man aus. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, geht aber deutlich besser. Leider nur Filterkaffee.

Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück bleiben keine Wünsche offen einfach nur toll. Eine große Auswahl und alles super frisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und es ist alles sehr sauber. Die Bistrokarte ist klein aber fein, alles sehr lecker.

Es ist ein ruhiges und kleines Hotel, das für ein Kurzurlaub völlig ausreicht! Das Einzuge was uns gestört hat war, dass die nächstmögliche Verkehrsanbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln 4 km vom Hotel entfernst war! Was wir später allerdings gesehen haben, dass bei der Bahnhaltestelle in Wedel ein Parkplatz für park & ride war! Das würden wir fürs nächste mal nutzen! Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Väldigt enkelt hotell utan minsta överflöd. Byggnaden är tråkig, rummen likaså. Men du får ett rum och en ren säng, vilket kanske är allt du behöver. Frukosten var trist - en mängd korvar och saker i metallförpackningar och något lite till. Inte vad man är van vid på många andra hotell runt om i världen. Vi hoppades på mer och blev besvikna, men har man rätt förväntningar blir det nog bra.

Mulig vi var uheldig med rommet med det ble et ukomfortabelt opphold grunnet støy. Hotellet grenser til en travel toglinje og det buldret og ristet da det til stadighet passerte tog. Enda verre var det at det var svært lytt inntil rommet ved siden der en svært aktiv småbarnsfamilie «underholdt» oss under oppholdet… Gode senger til tross var vanskelig å få en god natts søvn. Vi ankom frokostbuffeten med 45 min resterende tid og mye var tomt. Vi forventet at det ble fylt på. Det ble det ikke men heller vasket og klargjort for å avslutte. Basert på dette oppholdet er det vanskelig å komme med en anbefaling…
