Nice hotel with beautiful views but for the price missing some amenities such as tea and coffee in the room. No options for dinner onsite if you didn’t want to eat in their restaurant.

Super stay with friends in the property. The lake view family room which consist of two rooms is really spacious, view is breathtaking. You have access to a private beach with paddle and kayak. We are definitely recommending this property.

Stayed in family rooms 313/314. The trash area is right outside the windows of these rooms. Loud trucks/workers were taking the trash out at 7 am. Windows were open for a breeze since there is no AC at the hotel so you could hear everything. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was good and the ferry pickup is right outside the hotel. The view was beautiful but there’s not much a shoreline there to sit around the lake.

Amazing modern hotel with breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne and Bürgenstock! The rooms were quite generous and well equipped incl Nespresso coffee machine and Sirocco tea. The balcony either has sea or garden view. The outdoors restaurant offers one of the most amazing views of the surrounding mountains, the private beach was super welcoming and well maintained. Would definitely come back

For this Hotel you are paying for the view, which it is really beautiful. The location is nice but you need to drive out to get to many places. Downsides: The rooms are not really modern, it has a 1920s feel to it. Out dated carpets with bright orange walls. The beds are two singles pushed together and the duvet is two singles, even though its supposed to be a double bed room. The rooms are clean but some things need to be improved such as the bed duvets need ironing and are really creased. Not what you expect from a four star, the shower when arriving had water and looked like it has not been cleaned since the last guest. There is no room service, which is not good. They leave you an apple which is nice but sometimes you wish for a more warmer welcome. This may be me comparing to over four star hotels. The coffee machine did not work, the hair dryer attachement was not the correct one for that hair dryer. During the hot season, there is no Aircon, however they did bring a Fan on request. We ate here one night, service was amazing. The young man was very helpful and polite. The bill was very high but food was not bad. They charge parking £20 a night, which i thought was a joke since we paid such a high amount for the rooms. Four nights that is a lot of money. Overall, good and bad. Most likely not the worse, but not the best either.

Great property, not alot of dining options unless you have a car. There was no AC in our room and the pillows were terrible. Very quiet safe and clean. Staff is amazing, but a lack of transportation in the evening makes it hard to go elsewhere for dinner..

Breathtaking views and soothing experience
Ome of the best hotel stays ever. With breathtaking views and amazing room, good food and in house restaurant, everything was surreal and soothing in its own way. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Would definitely visit this place again over and over. Just one downside - if you have tight schedule then leaving the hotel back to Lucerne station might not provide best connectivity in terms of Ferry, train or even Uber. So you definitely need to plan it in advance. Apart from that, I'd highly recommend this place.
