Sunset Getaway

Enjoy beautiful sunsets by the pool, on the water, or simply by opening the living room slider. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has many amenities you can enjoy. Located on the St. John’s River, with a 24 foot boat slip, you will have access to grills, a fire pit, pool and outdoor kitchen. It is located in close proximity to serval popular restaurants and bars which offer live music and entertainment. The public boat ramp is just down the street, providing easy access to launch your boat and arrive within minutes to the condominium docks. Welaka is a charming little town with many nearby destinations as well as parks and festivals! We hope you come experience all the fun Sunset Getaway has to offer!

Great condo in a great location. Very clean with a spectacular view of the St. John’s. Welaka is a small town at a very slow pace. Exactly what we were looking for. The river is the star. Bring your boat. The slip has easy access directly facing the river. There is a good current at times so be prepared to tie off well with bumpers. Despite what you hear the river does change directions of flow, being influenced by the tide. The condo is very nice and quite spacious. The pool area is in great shape complete with multiple grills. The lodge sits on a high bluff overlooking a big bend in the river. Sunsets are almost unbeatable. The other side of the river is all natural. Two thumbs way up!!

We had a wonderful stay in the Welaka Riverfront condo. It is in a great location, well taken care of, clean and had our own boat slip. The owner Christine was awesome. She was quick to respond to any communication and even called me the morning of our trip to make sure we were clear on directions to the property and access. She made sure to let me know if we needed anything to reach out. We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends and family.
