Great hotel and good value
Hotel in a great position with a lift down to Lambton quay. Room was spotless and refurbished. Breakfast had a good choice, staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again

Hotel room seemed very run down. Room Carpet was disgusting- worst we’ve seen in 45 yrs of extensive travel,curtains disintegrating . Lobby seemed nice ,staff was good and centrally located close enough to wharf.

Bit tired and needed a good clean and refurbishment. Our room had no opening windows and the Aircon was noisy making it hard to sleep. Dark hair all around the edges of the bathroom and bottom of the sliding door. It didn't smell clean in the room.
