Will not come back to stay here. Firstly our room was on the top floor right next to the elevator shaft and just below the elevator mechanism. Was so noisy. The internet didnt work up that high. The TV also never worked properly. Our water stopped overnight for a good 4 hours but noone knew why. Was not offered alternative room as nothing available.

Central and economical
Small but very economical room, great if you are spending the days out and about exploring. Very central location walkable to lots of great restaurants. Parking can be an issue we were lucky enough to get a street park which was free 8pm-8am otherwise the options are their sister hotel or Wilson’s at $35 a night. The wifi unfortunately would not work for any of our devices the entire time we were there.

Hotel is very dated and in need of a serious refresh. Shower was awful, cramped and had a filthy fan facing at eye level. Also the shower head only produced hard piecing water stream that was uncomfortable. Location wise, it is in a good spot though.

Very comfortable stay. Staff were helpful, and the location was so convenient. It would be perfect if some clothes hangers are supplied in the wardrobes, we had some from drycleans so i left them there for future guest. Highly recommended for young family visiting Wellington city.
