Everything was great, however your bar closes at 10! There were a lot of people in wellington for WOW and though we were lucky enough to have time for a drink guests were returning from their evening out and the bar was already closed. Maybe stay open a little later when events are happening otherwise it was very good

Location is excellent, close proximity to great restaurants, shopping etc. Room was small. The only place to sit was on the bed (not great for a sore back). Also room was stifling hot - no air con, only a fan. You could open the window but there was nothing to hold the window open, so if you left it open you would risk smashing the window. Also latch on the window was barely hanging on.

I asked for help, morning staff on front desk were defensive and in essence didnt provide solutions just reasons why not. I spoke to morning manager we agreed on a solution. Disappointed to get back to the room that evening to find staff only executed half of the agreed plan. Evening team were apologetic and offered other solutions to stop my toddler from falling out of the bed.
