This property was average of what we’ve expected in New Zealand and once again we have one ply toilet paper We would think in this day and age upper class hotel they would have more than one toilet paper

The hotel was nice. Easy places to walk for dinner. Great shopping area. AND....FANTASTIC customer service. I forgot a pair of earrings, not expensive, but sentimental. They reached out before I had even landed at home to ask about returning them to me. Made my week!

A superb inner city location - key venues all within walking distance. Very clean and surprisingly quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful; supplying us with an umbrella due to rain and holding our luggage after check out so we could explore the city a little more before flying out.
