Extremely convenient access to Wells Beach is what this vacation spot has to offer. The home is directly across the street from beautiful Wells beach (Two houses down from Public way #2 leading right to the beach). This relaxing vacation spot is fully furnished and features two private bedrooms with a queen sized bed and two twin beds. A large living area features a queen sized sleep sofa to sleep a total of six in the unit. Large wraparound windows abound in the front living area allowing cool ocean breezes to pass through and the beautiful beach sun to add lots of light. The living area features a large flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player (for vacation family movies). The house is also equipped with wifi for the kids or business (if you just can't get completely away). A large kitchen area with eat in nook for family meals is very convenient, The kitchen comes fully equipped with Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and all the eating and cooking utensils you could ever need. The bathroom was completely renovated and features tile floor and a tiled shower with a tub (great for washing up the little ones.) The outside of the unit has as many amenities as the inside. A large fenced in yard (Rare so close to the beach) provides the kids a place to run/play off that vacation energy and the adults a nice place to sit and relax. A grill is available for summer cookouts as well. A bonus outside shower is also available to wash off the beach sand. There is convenient, no hassle off street parking for two cars. The home is in walking distance of ice cream/lunch/breakfast at Forbes restaurant, shops and the arcade (for the kids). This unit is one of multiple units within the home. The opportunity exists for large/multiple families wishing to vacation together to rent side by side units or upper and lower units. Belle plage à deux pas. Lits confortables, tout était fonctionnel dans l'appartement. Un seul point négatif: la cuisine si on a l'intention de prendre les repas à l'appartement. Pas de place (la cafetière et le grille-pain sont sur le frigo. Pas d'endroit où ranger les victuailles. Une armoire avec beaucoup trop de vaisselle en plastique mais probablement que c'est pratique pour aller manger dans la cour. Ceci étant dit, j'y retournerais.

As long as you don't want to book the same week as me, I highly recommend this rental! The location cannot be beat! Landlord VERY quickly responded to my only question . . . IF you can find a better location I dare you!

A well maintained, cute beach house apartment across the street from the beach. It’s not a big unit but other than the narrow hallway, did not feel cramped even with 4 adults. I would not hesitate to stay again in the future. The host David was responsive to questions.

This rental is the best of Wells: across the street from the ocean, easy walk to the arcade and shops, perfect amount of space for our family of four, two parking spaces, friendly neighbors, unfussy furniture & housewares (comfortable, not full of breakables). We have been coming to Wells every summer for the last 5 years. We have always stayed on Post Road at a hotel but wanted to change it up. This location was perfect and we would love to re-book the entire house next summer so more family can join us. Super clean, ideal location on Atlantic Ave and the space was overall great. Very kid friendly, too!

Overall great location can't beat being across the street from beach entrance. Grill area is nice. Kitchen has a hodgepodge of stuff but was able to make it work. Overall very happy with our last minute trip. There are multiple units and definitely could be good for multiple family's to vacation together.

A perfect location and stay!
My family and I (6 people) stayed there for 1 week at the end of June. It was great! The location was a 45 second walk to the beach making it super convenient with kids to go back and forth for breaks and a 4 minute walk to the arcade/ice cream stand which was great at night with the kiddos. I was nervous that the unit would be noisy with 4 other units on the property but it was not at all! It has everything you need! It was super clean. Kitchen fully stocked to cook and there is a laundry room on premises to wash clothing. Also an outdoor shower and BBQ. All we brought was towels and sheets which we would have done anyway. Owner David, was reachable if needed but honestly, we did not need him as everything was all set up and waiting for us. I look forward to staying there again next summer!
