So I chose this property primarily for the safety and I did feel secure in this hotel. The location is wonderful, it’s right beside a grocery store, pharmacy, dollar store, 20 min walk from Wells beach. The breakfast was very good, it changes a bit day to day but offers a great selection overall. The place is clean overall. The staff is friendly but we did experience numerous issues with miscommunication, unanswered emails, reservations that couldn’t be found when we booked an extra night. Luckily everything worked out but it was worrisome that the internal communication was so unclear. The downsides; yes, the walls are paper thin. This isn’t the end of the world but it was surprising. The hotel in general has a long to go in regards to it being a bit more environmentally friendly. There is no recycling around the hotel, they use styrofoam cups, plastic ustensiles, single use everything at breakfast. Wouldn’t be as bad if things were composted- but everything was put in the garbage. Overall I am pleased with the hotel and I would recommend it. Hopefully the issues holding my review back from 5 stars can be improved with time.

Fantastic.
Check in was easy. Room was ready before 3:00 pm check in time. Nice and clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good selection and was great. Close to the beach.

you pay for what you get. felt safe, liked the breakfast option, was able to get early check in so like that they were accommodating even on a busy weekend. not the cleanest- hair in the bathroom, centipede in the bathroom, Two old tissues left on the windowsill upon our check in. the mattresses had stain on them but slept on top of the sheet, that was gross. easy check in/check out. Good location.

The hotel is run down and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this hotel. The smell was so bad in the room, I needed to put car air fresheners in the ac vents.
