Beautiful unobstructed views of the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve in the back and Sea Views from the front. Second story deck with picnic table. Large Back yard with grill, fire pit and outdoor seating area. Walking distance to small stores, cafes and the arcade. Easy access for kayaking or canoeing in Wells Harbor for a harbor side view of the Estuarine. Rental week is Saturday to Saturday. Please note, this is Unit 2 of 2 units on this property. Both are available for rental. Linens and towels are not provided. Please feel free to bring your own or obtain through the following service:
