It is along the main road. Close to our destination. Peaceful. Clean. Well-maintained. We would have liked to have had more than 1 night and would stay there again if we ever head back to the Grand Canyon.

Beautiful property and close to trails
It was conveniently located to so many trails, activities and restaurants. The property was gorgeous and they really went out of their way to make their guests feel at home. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Cozy Getaway
We enjoyed our stay (2 nights) at The Rough Cut Lodge. The suite was clean and cozy. We especially liked the gas fireplace. Unfortunately, the check-in times and price per night on the VRBO posting were not the same as what was listed in the confirmation email we received from The Rough Cut Lodge, but the manager and assistant manager were very prompt in their responses to my inquiries (I contacted them several times with questions!) and they worked everything out! The suite’s kitchen was stocked with dishes and appliances, which made it very convenient to prepare our meals. Our kids loved it and asked if we could move in! The property is lovely and is probably even more beautiful in the spring, summer, and fall.
