Unfortunately, my wife had bites on her body following night one of our four-night stay. We believe they had bed bugs in room 230. This is NOT confirmed, but the looks on the cleaning and desk staff's faces were telling. We were moved to another room and we were so grateful for the accommodation (a bigger suite on the first floor), but the room was right next to the front desk's storage and work room. The night shift was very noisy throughout the entire evening, especially as they set up for breakfast. My noise-cancelling app was not enough to sleep through the night. Breakfast was not great. The area around there is not good and a bit sketchy. And, on Sunday morning at 9am, the staff pressure-washed the front of the building, including the window area of our suite. This is just not a great place to stay. This was an overall negative experience. I simply cannot recommend this motel. I will not stay there again.

Nice touring location.
We were doing a motorcycle trip and it was a perfect place to stay to tour Potter County, Pennsylvania. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Great room, great price
Check-in was super easy, no problems. Staff member was courteous, prompt and professional. Room was spacious with everything in good working condition. Bed was very comfortable and except for some foot noise in the room above us it was incredibly quiet.

It''s a small town so there are not that many options. The staff is super super nice and friendly. The place is clean. My room just smelled. There was no airing it out, it just felt like it needed febreeze. They are in the middle of renovating so I wont leave a bad review because the hotel doesnt deserve it, however it just smelled like the windows hadnt ever been opened. I left the room for 12 hours and left the window opened but it just still had an "old man" odor.

Rocky start but rest of stay was good
Check in person wasn't aware of online check in and was very unfriendly. Fortunately I had all of the email/text confirmations including the initial & confirmation texts from Wyndham. I had to completely recheck in but finally got the room. The rest of the stay was pleasant. The room was comfortable and the location is very quiet. There were several nice walking paths close by as well.
