This was a great stay and we had our dog with us. The staff were friendly and great, the room was clean. The only slight challenges with a family of 4 was a tiny fridge, no microwave and limited breakfast options. We were not in the room often, so it didn't impact us too much.

The Hotel needs an upgrade. There was a bra left behind in the corner of our room. The bed was terrible and there was something spilled on the carpet by the bed. Yuck! The Hotel is in a great location and staff was friendly. Pool is nice.

Everyone was very helpful and the hotel is comfortable, very clean and close to downtown. Our only complaint comes in the breakfast. It is in a very narrow room, limited items, and there was a line that went out the door my husband wanted a breakfast sandwich and waited in line for 20 min to get access to the microwaves. There was limited seating, especially if you had children. We either had to set at the one tall table or on a sofa. There is plenty of room to either put some more tables or restructure the access to the breakfast area. The people stocking the area were moving as fast as they could and worked hard to keep everything stocked.

We stay here a lot each time the service is different. This time wasn't asked for I'd to prove who I was checking in. We were shocked pool temperature was way cold to point goosebumps. We did not like that we don't get room service the entire 4 days. We continue to stay here because it is one of the better hotels and. Close to everything even dining. We love that hotel allows early check in.

We were two older ladies put next to families with loud kids, there was no microwave in our room. The continental breakfast was some jimmy dean muffins, cereal, yogurt and some pastries….. not what I was hoping for, but hot tub was perfect. And staff was friendly
