I was not familiar enough with the Wenatchee area to know for sure which lodging to choose but was satisfied with their facilty. It was a very econom choice for me and staff were engaging ☺️

This property was wonderful for a family of four in December. It was walkable to shops and restaurants, the staff was friendly, and for the price of the stay, I feel like we got immense value. If we are in the area we will absolutely stay there again.

We couldn’t check in on time. Many people in our party had to wait hours after check in time. Our key was deactivated almost everytime we went to our room. Towels had holes and rips, marks on bed. Bathroom has no fan so it’s very musty smelling

We came to check in at 4pm the told us our room won’t be ready for 2 more hours and we came back at 9pm and our room wasn’t ready yet it took another hour to get it ready The next day we were in bed already when a kid opened the door that divided the next room and there was no way lock it so the move us to another room around 10:30 pm it’s poorly maintained and poorly managed there continental breakfast is also poor

The only thing that I thought was inappropriate was the other guests drinking in the indoor hot tub while their children were running wild between the outdoor hot tub and pool at 8 pm. Other than that it was a great experience. Thank you

Fantastic service
All staff went above and beyond and were very friendly. Upon checkout the gentleman at the front desk made sure we weren't driving the pass and was going to warn us of black ice if we were.

We stayed at the property on our visit to Leavenworth. The stay was kind of ok, as next door visitors were playing music and talking in the midnight. Had to call reception to stop them. Carpets are kind of old in the lobby, nice xmas decoration in the reception area. Swimming pool is also kind of ok too. Breakfast is very normal. Just frozen sandwiches with 1 or 2 choices and it need to be microwaved. Very crowded during weekends, so if planning to go chose weekdays. City is very vibrant and visited few mexican restaurants nearby and the public market.

Staff was great and helpful, check in easy, I did not get the room with Mountain View that I asked, next door neighbors had many rooms and all the kids slept in my adjoining room load all day and night, and the main problem is with the smell and the air in the room. The window is completely wet and dripping to the sill that had mold appearance, with heater completely off for 2 days it was so too hot
