The room hadn’t been cleaned from the day before. We have a small dog and we found some prescription drug on the floor she could have eaten and died. We also found a toy under the bed that was obviously still there from a fully different previous stay. We found body hair in the bed before we got in. We found all sorts of other debris on the floor. The hotel then tried to move us to another room that was also not clean, had body hair in the bed, and smelled of cheap cologne heavily. Neither of these rooms had been cleaned at all.

Unfortunately we checked out 1 day early due to finding bed bugs in our room. When i let the front desk know all she said was she would let housekeeping know. When asked to change rooms she said none where available.
