This luxurious home offers every imaginable comfort.

The house is regularly renovated and lovingly maintained. It is bright and not visible from other neighbors.
You have your own boat mooring right at the house.

The holiday island is about 2 acres and is located directly in the lake 'Groote Vliet'. You reach the island via a bridge.

The house is furnished with all the utensils you need for a relaxing holiday. Comfortable furniture, sophisticated kitchen, flat screen TV in the living room and also in the bedrooms, bathroom with double sink, bathtub and shower. In addition, you have a second bathroom, which is equipped with shower, sink and toilet.

You have an utility room with washing machine adjacent to the second bathroom for exclusive use.

The entire house has underfloor heating and is therefore pleasant to use all year round. The outdoor area offers all possibilities for recreation. You can sit on the dock, in the garden or in the entrance area. Everywhere you will find rest oases and upholstered seating.

The bedrooms are small and well thought out. One bedroom has a queen size bed 140cm wide and the other bedroom has a 160cm wide double bed. In the bedroom with the larger bed you will also find a small desk.

The open L-kitchen which makes every hobby cook's heart beat faster - all furnishing items available.
Spacious - cozy dining area

The living room with cozy couches and flat screen TV with German TV program invites you to relax. Thoughtful floor plan that gives you a huge sense of space. Sliding doors lead to the passage on the terrace.

Please note that parts of the holiday home are lower than new build houses. In some places the ceiling height is only 2 m. But there are no restrictions in the bathroom for tall people.

Wervershoof
We were visiting for a regatta at Medemblik, and would definitely stay here again. Compared to other properties our friends were staying at, this was larger, more modern and great space indoors and out. About a 5 minute drive to the regatta centre.

Für den Angelurlaub optimal
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen (Männerurlaub) vor Ort und durchaus zufrieden. Das Objekt war sauber aber ist auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Zum Angeln bestens geeignet. Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat und sich mit dem Kinder Etagenbett arrangieren kann lässt es sich dort gut aushalten.

Tolle Lage - viele Mücken
Zusammenfassend ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine tolle und ruhige Lage direkt am See. Der Empfang ist sehr gut organisiert und sehr freundlich. Ein zwei Ecken im Haus hätten besser geputzt sein können und die Terrasse bräuchte mal etwas Farbe. Jahreszeitlich bedingt gab es Unmengen von Mücken, nicht nur am Haus sondern eigentlich überall, speziell am Deich. Empfehlenswert sind Ausflüge nach Enkhuizen und ins Dampfmaschinen Museum! Alles in allem eine Unterkunft in der man sich wohl fühlt und die man weiter empfehlen kann!

Viel Platz und tolle Aussicht.
Das Apartment hat wirlich Potential. Das haben einige unserer vorherigen Gäste hier schon geschrieben. Leider sind alle technischen Geräte etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Angefangen vom TV, der sich aller 5 min ausschaltet oder die komplexe Dusche, die leider nicht richtig warm wurde. Dafür hat aber die tolle Badewanne funktioniert. Unter dem Strich ist aber alles da gewesen und die großzügige Raumaufteilung lässt die Kleinen Mängel schnell vergessen. Die Heizung im kleinen Zimmer ließ sich leider nicht mehr ausschalten und auch die Außenjalousie ist komplett hinüber. Am Ende war der Urlaub bei anhaltenen Regen und den blöden Coronabeschränkungen aber trotzdem ein erholsamer Moment. Toll war das Meer und die kleinen Städtchen mit vielen kleinen Läden. Auch eine Radtour war, durch den in direkter Nähe befindlichen Radverleih, wurderbar. Im Sommer ist es dort sicher noch viel schöner.

leider hatten wir nur 3 Tage Zeit. Diese waren aber sehr schön und erholsam. Das Objekt hat aber das Potential es sich dort länger gut gehen zu lassen. Viel Platz, hervorragend eingerichtet und einen engagierten Kontakt direkt vor Ort.

Luxueus binnen in de woning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Achterstallig onderhoud aan de buitenkant (lampen kapot, elektriciteit niet op orde, niet schoon buiten). Rustige omgeving.

Stromausfall / Kurzschluss in der Hälfte des Hauses während der gesamten Woche im halben Haus
Da kein passendes Haus als Alternative vorhanden war und der Grund des Kurzschluss nicht ohne große n Aufwand behoben könne, hat der Vermieter einen finanziellen Ausgleich angeboten. Nun hören wir nichts mehr von ihm, trotz einer telf. Zusage um Ausgleich. Auf eine ausführliche Mail wurde auch nicht reagiert.
