Check-in was good. Breakfast was good. Hotel is very near Hwy 36 with access to Boulder and Denver. The hotel was very quiet. I couldn't hear any hallway noise. There was ample free parking. Bathroom had not been swept and floor was visibly dirty. Despite that, housekeeping was very evident around the hotel and quite busy. I think they are just understaffed. Daily housekeeping is not offered. The bathroom and front doors were partially painted and had holes and damage. Sheets and carpet had stains. It was kind of odd and off putting. If the hotel could make a few minor improvements, it would improve my score significantly. If you are on a budget, I think it is a safe and solid space. If not, I would consider spending an extra $30 for a better experience within nearby hotels.

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend, and while the building itself was nice and the room was decent, the staff really brought down the experience. Every time we asked for something, it felt like we were bothering them no smiles, no warmth, just bad attitudes like we were a chore. Definitely not welcoming. One of the main reasons we chose this place was because of the free breakfast, but that was a letdown too. The cereal tasted old, and the breakfast overall was nothing like the pictures online very misleading. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it unless some serious changes are made to the customer service
