The external signage is lacking. The name is barely visible as a decal on the sliding door. The checkin person was not friendly, once my family member has to check in for me (because I did not have my passport with me), she just completely ignored me and gave her all the instruction even though I am staying at the Inn. It is a low cost hotel option but conveniently situated in Taichung. I did not check out their breakfast or business center so these may be their redeeming amenities.

Service persons from front desk are good. Room amenities are just bare necessities. Bed is springy hard. Pillows are fluffy soft. Suitable for solo stay only, not for romantic stayovers.

The hotel is past its prime if there ever was one. Needs a complete reconditioning and remodel. Unless of course you love rock hard mattresses and dirty everything, then it's wonderful. My room wasn't cleaned very well upon check-in either. Found food trash on the floor. The free in-room wi-fi is super unreliable.

Great location, but less relaxation.
It's location is good for almost everything such as shopping, museum, transportation etc. It's by the main road of Taichung. However, it's kind of busy. The elevators are very busy in breakfast hours, main road traffic is always rush. Front desk seems to be under staffed so they are too busy for the size of the hotel. I will recommend to stay if you come for business. Breakfast is so so.
