If you're not familiar with Montana winters, be advised it fluctuates and can dump during a storm. We do our best to keep the driveway plowed, but several inches per hour is not uncommon, and can be difficult to manage at times. We have a plow company on contract. The driveway is usually plowed in the morning, but heavy storms can occasionally cause delays - be prepared for the possibility. There are snow shovels and salt on hand for your use as well. A 4-wheel or AWD drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months depending on weather conditions.
If a pet is to be found at the home during the stay, the guest is subject to a fee upward to $500.
