Spent a fantastic two nights at the Beach Breeze Inn. The room was extremely clean and spacious and the pool area was very well kept. The owners were incredibly kind and offered plenty of suggestions for site seeing around Cape Cod. Beach towels and chairs were available to borrow for off-site adventures, which was a very pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, with a very short drive to Harwich for shopping and eating and the drive to Hyannis was very easy. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for your hospitality.

A beautiful well maintained older building with charm and function. We had a wedding close by so pretty much used it for landing, dressing and sleeping. Super nice people. Pool looked awesome too.

The hotel rooms were very clean as was the entire property. The woman, I believe may have been the owner, was exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

A Great Place to stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Breeze Inn. The room was clean and spacious and appointed with anything you would need. What made it special and personal was the very friendly and helpful owners of the hotel who provided lots of information about nearby things to see, as well as complete and detailed directions on where to stop on the way to Provincetown. Coffee, tea and muffins were available all day long and you could borrow DVD’s of hundreds of movies to watch in your room if you so desired. It was a great spot!

This motel is a joy! I defy anyone to find better staff & service in a 5* hotel... Excellent advice on where to go and eat. The beach is about 3 mins by car and walkable in about 10 mins. The motel and grounds are very well cared for with lovely shrubs and flowers around the property. No hesitation in recommending here!

Loved this clean, bright, quaint inn. It is an older property but that is part of the charm and it is well maintained. Lovely hands-on family-run who graciously made calls and recommendations to help when I found a nail in my tire. Walking distance to beaches and easy driving to great restaurants and other areas! My first time to the Cape and my stay was very enjoyable!! The owners were very gracious and helpful with all kinds of fun suggestions from restaurants to activities. The property is immaculate as well. The only thing I personally I could improve was the bed. A little too firm for my liking. But I like a soft mattress. I would definitely stay again. Very quiet and super clean!

Our stay was wonderful. The establishment is clearly run with pride. The location is great, 15 minute walk to Pleasant Rd. Beach or drive there early and park for $20. Right across from mini golf and a great family restaurant. The pool was well maintained and cleaned daily. Maid services also offered daily and no shortage of towels wand toiletries. We look forward to staying again.
