Property has great potential
House is very nice and in a great neighborhood. However, the property has several issues that should be addressed. All of the bathrooms have some plumbing problems. House was not very clean. Dusty, dirty and stained carpets, food stains on the kitchen walls. There were cobwebs in several places. The thermostat seem to have a mind of its own. The refrigerator froze food even at the warmest setting.

Great family home
My family (three different states) was converging on West Hills because my parents live there. This was the PERFECT house for a large family. We were able to share meals, play games, and just be together.
