"Overall we had a lovely time at this property. Everything was clean & easily accessible. Beautiful property, & immaculate views of the mountains behind the golf course. Staff was very helpful, texting during stay to get the fireplace going & fill propane the next day! There were a few communication issues. VRBO processes finances differently, so there was a mixup of payment broken into 2 or 3 payments, along with how much it was for. The team was quick to resolve this, and cleared up the confusion. We needed an early check-in and due to the mixup they gave us a discounted night prior. This was greatly appreciated by my family. Our reservation was for 19, our party total was 24 plus a newborn, but the rest of the party was staying elsewhere. I addressed this to the owners, to determine where additional parking was; yet this came up on numerous occasions as a concern with each rep I spoke with (also not consistent). You should expect there may be 4+ cars, with that party size when they’re coming from out of state. The garage fits 2, & we could easily fit 4 to 5 cars depending on their size on the driveway, but only permitted 3. We parked elsewhere it was not an issue, the issue was that it continuously got brought up. We know the rules & followed them & that should have been trusted when I initiated conversation as to where parking was the 1st time. It did not need repeating on the final day when propane was delivered. Overall Highly Recommend - beautiful for a wedding!"

"I would definitely recommend staying at this property. It is just as it was described and picture! It was wonderful for our family of four. Plenty of room, clean, and well taken care of. Just a note that google maps will take you to the wrong building, which make it more difficult at night. The communication was wonderful and their food recommendations to eat were spot on! Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!"

"The size of the house was great! There was plenty of space for our family. The house needs a lot of TLC. The pictures looked great but once there, there were small things that were janky or broken. The cleaners could do a better job paying attention to detail when cleaning. There was random trash throughout the house,downstairs, in the back by the hot tub and all over the garage floor. Not sure why the cleaning fee was so high when it was done half assed. The light fixtures in the kitchen were so dirty people before us wrote “dirty” and “clean me” in them. Some of the ceiling fans in the rooms were covered in dust and some pillows were missing pillow cases. One of the bathroom sinks upstairs has a crack in it and the faucet in the tub is about an inch or two off the wall. When looking at a glance, it looks fine but as you walk through the house and take a closer look, that’s where you find the flaws. It was manageable and worked for the time we were there but time needs to be taken to fix the small things. When paying $1000+ a night, the house should really be in better condition. With that there were great things about it too. We loved that each room had a bathroom. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The rooms were a great size. We also appreciated how much seating there was throughout the house. The main floor bedrooms were great for our grandparents who have a hard time going up and down stairs. It was family friendly and worked so well for our large family."
