The rooms are dated and the neighborhood is a little run down. But the check in was great and the staff was VERY efficient and friendly. About 15 minute Uber to downtown Nashville and easy cine. Would definitely stay again

The staff at checkin was friendly and very helpful. We had a queen room with pull out sofa. Do not recommend!! The pullout was awful. Ended up sleeping on the sofa. The dining area was so small it was hard to navigate. The mirror by the elevators On our floor was nasty the whole time we were there. Have stayed at comfort suites many times and this did not live up to the usual standards.

Hotel was close to I-40 and made it convenient to get to Vanderbilt Medical Center. The bed was clean and comfortable. I like that there was no carpet on floors. There was coffee and lemon water in the lobby. Breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurt, pastries,,fruit, etc. Staff was very friendly! Good value for price of room compared to some others in Nashville.

I stayed one night while driving through Nashville. In the morning, I spotted a bed bug crawling up the bathroom room. I snapped a picture and hightailed it out of there.

For the price it wasnt the worst hotel... however when we arrived on Sunday afternoon it was so humid in the hallway and our room. The room smelled like mildew. We noriced the tub dripping but that wasnt a huge deal to us. No bugs and the room was clean. We turned the air down and hoped it would improve by the time we were back from dinner. Alas it did not and we woke up drenched in sweat and sticky feom humidity. We notified staff the next morning and as assured they would fix it or change our room.. they did fix the sink issue but the ac issue did not get fixed. Night two of sweating and waking up soaked and sticky. I notified them again at check-out and they acted like they didn't care. We never got a room change or any sort of refund/credit. All my clothes were damp when we returned home too due to the humidity.

Pool was awesome. Location was good, safe but just hard to get in and out depending on which way you were going. Rooms clean. Beds were small and we didn’t sleep well. Overall worth it

Just about average. Looked worn out and old. Definitely not worth the money I've spent on this hotel. The cleaning staff even one of our shopping bags by accident. Area is very convenient next to the interstate and other important places around Nashville though.
