This place is fabulous. Surrounded by fountains, pools, beautiful landscaping and truly amazing antiques. The hosts couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. Really a tremendous find in a city that isn't strong on nice but affordable accomodations.

This is an amazing Bed and Breakfast! Rod greeted us and showed us this fabulous 100 year old mansion. The grounds are a tropical paradise and he was gracious enough to tell us the stories of Palm Beach as well as the history of the house & the area. Breakfast was outstanding. As a traveler who has stayed in many Bed and Breakfast accommodations this one ranks at the top because of this beautiful, antique filled mansion and Rod’s hospitality.

The operators are on site and are available for any amenities one might need. For those not familiar, this is a century old mansion, including 2 suites located in outbuildings. The exterior area includes many interesting features including a swimming pool and koi pond. The interior has many places to sit and read or meet as a group, including the large kitchen. We booked at Benzen Mansion to escape Hurricane Milton, which was bearing down on our hometown. The operators made us feel welcome and comfortable.
