The property was ok; Value for your money. Very quiet, for the exception of one night to be exact November 14th, 2024 at 3am in the early morning hours when the fire alarm went off three times. Also the grounds could use some care!! Apart from that my husband and I will stay again.

Very close to the amphitheater
The proximity to the amphitheater is what always sells me to this location. The hotel is clean, but may have guests that are on extended Stay with large family and dogs. If you work remotely, this one might be tough because the cell signal is horrible.

The property was clean, the front desk agent was friendly and personable, he got my room key quickly and shared what facilities were available as well as the wifi password. I didnā€™t like that the hallway reeked of food smells, the walls were paper-thin, you could hear the tv in the next room and while the room was clean, it smelled of cleaning products. Not really worth a stay for the price point.

The only problem was the noise in the room next to us. I reported the situation to the front desk, but they continued playing loud television all night which did not allow us to rest properly.

Nice clean facility. But amenities are not sufficient. Suite has stove, microwave, refridge, but no cup, pot/pan, silverwares. There is no hot paper cup to heatup water if you want hot tea or coffee. Front desk has no supplies. This makes the suites not functional.

It was okay
The staff were very nice and the hotel itself was clean. Those are unfortunately the only reasons Iā€™m able to even give 3 stars. Water pressure from the shower was horrid. Ask for the top floor if you stay here, since I had people above me sliding furniture around at 1am and kids running laps in the hallways at that same time.
