Its a cheap place to stay with no bugs. However, whether the barefoot children walking the streets while being 30 degrees outside, or the broken heroin and crack pipes on the ground or planters by the parking or the housekeeping staff that have no idea of consideration of breastfeeding mothers that get you, i would absolutely find somewhere else to go if you have kids. If its just you and you can overlook somethings, its okay.

Would be better with a microwave and a fridge
I would have appreciated a microwave and a mini fridge. The room I got had none and I had to get ice from the available ice dispenser to keep my beverages cool. Also, housekeeping was knocking every morning despite the fact that I did not need them, the motel should have given me a "no-disturb" door sign which they did not. The key card I was given only gave me access to one main door. It could not work with the nearest door to my room either because of technical reasons or the card reader was faulty. The door to my room made a lot of creaking noise when opening and shutting, this made me feel like I was bothering other sleeping guests.

The Motel was clean and The staff was polite. It was convenient and relatively easy to get to. The room key had to be rekeyed twice in one day,' The toilet seat was broken and needed to be replaced.
