This our 5th stay. The hotel itself is always clean and quiet. This time it was very loud with kids running up and down the hall. There was no hot water for showering this morning. The bar and bartender were great.

Saved our weekend!
Went to Cape Cod for girlfriend weekend get away. The first hotel that I had reserved for five two months ago didn't work out. Won't go into that. So there we are, adults and no room! We went to Capt. Parker's for lunch and I search on Hotel.com for a hotel. Within 15 minutes, we got a room and paid for it with my gift card. Talk about last minute and It was a much better room than we would have had at the other place and cheaper! Very comfortable, it had a sofa for the 5th person, beautiful shower and the free breakfast was unbelievable!! The staff was very friendly, service was excellent! We will definitely stay there again!!!!

Newer property but you can notice a lot of wear. Coffee in the room was only decaf. Breakfast was very good but the room where the breakfast is held was small. Basically for the high price I expect cleaner and more staff. I’m a cape cod visitor 4-5 times a year. My second time at that motel. I don’t think I would pay that much to stay there again.

Generally Good
The hotel was generally good. Older, but pretty well-kept. There was a soccer tournament going on when we were there so there were MANY children running up and down the halls late into the night. Also, the breakfast in the morning was VERY crowded and they had a hard time keeping the food stocked. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room and bed were comfortable, nothing fancy, the breakfast was very good. Check in was easy and staff friendly. The only complaint is that the walls are paper thin you could hear every noise in hallways and the next room. Their alarm went off at 6 am both days and it was as if the alarm clock was in our room

Clean but walls were thin
The walls in the hallway were so thin and due to the soccer tournament the kids were outside the hallway yelling, but the room was very clean and the bed extremely warm and comfortable! I just wanted the rooms to be more noise free
