Beautiful room, very clean and the room was bright and cheerful.That evening we saw a cockroach crawling on top of our bedspread and that was the dealbreakwr for us. Reported to staff, they acted like they couldnt have cared less. Staff was very unmotivated in their positions, seemed too laid back to be running a Cape Cod business. Will definitely not return and would advise others not to either.

Staff was nice, place was clean, it’s well kept, but a little dated as far as pool and hot tub. A little noisy, on second floor you can hear foot steps, if you go to bed early and there’s people that come back late into the night. For the price, cleanliness and location to nice restaurants, it’s good.

This lovely motel is located conveniently near a main road, however, it is quiet at night. The rooms are spacious and clean (so are the bathrooms), there are coffee makers coffee, fridge and TV in the room, and the beds and big and comfy. I can definitely recommend this property and would always stay there again.

Terrible 2 nights stay
It was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had. Before I check in, I asked if I could change to an upstairs room but they wouldn’t do it since I booked through Hotel.com. The room I got was clean; however, the room was not sound proof at all. I could literally count every single car that passed through the main road in front of the hotel. On the second night they rented the room upstairs to someone and I couldn’t again sleep through the night because the stomping foot noise from upstairs was unbearable. All these problems could have been resolved by changing to another room since the hotel was not even fully booked at all. Judging by the number of cars, I think only about 1/3 was occupied at the time. I will never coming back to this hotel again.

This was fairly inexpensive but there's some problems here. The hot water system just can't keep up with demand, so be prepared for cool morning showers. This happened both mornings of our trip and it was the off season. Must be worse in season. The staff finally did admit the hot water system is a problem. Also, if you stay on the bottom floor the upper room will be very loud. Unless you are a sound sleeper you will be awaken anytime the upper room moves. If that stuff doesn't bother you then the place is clean and in a pretty good location. It has an indoor and outdoor pool, refrigerator and coffee pot (no microwave) in the room.

The river view was so relaxing and pretty. Room was very clean. Beds were wonderfully comfortable. The only negative was that the showers were ice cold if you didn't shower first thing in the morning. If you timed it wrong, you ended up with a cold shower.
