Beautiful new home w/large porch, hot tub and heated garage

Pronghorn Lodge is a new home in the Lazy Acres subdivision - just built 2 years ago. This beautiful new house has been designed to provide spacious indoor and outdoor gathering spots that will allow your group to build great memories together.

The main floor is oriented around a large great room with kitchen, dining and a cozy seating area. The seating area has a 55" 4K smart TV, gas fireplace and comfortable sofa and chairs. There is a large dining table with seating for 10 and 4 additional stools at the island if needed. The kitchen was designed for cooks. It has a 7' island, stainless steel appliances, a gas range and all the tools needed to create fantastic meals. Also on the main floor are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Both of these bedrooms have a new king size memory foam bed and bathrooms with walk-in showers.

The upstairs recreation room is perfect for people to gather away from the main living area and enjoy a 70" 4K smart TV with comfortable seating area that includes a reclining sofa. On the upper floor, we have one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. We also have a bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with 2 Twin XL beds. These 2 bedrooms have a shared bath with a tub/shower combination. The ensuite bedroom has a new king size memory foam bed and bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the other bedrooms, all have new foam mattresses.

The house is well insulated to maintain a cozy feeling regardless of the weather outside. There is central heating and air conditioning as well as a gas fireplace in the main living area to provide additional heat on those cold winter days.

We have also created wonderful outside spaces to enjoy the great outdoors. There is a covered porch which wraps around 3 sides of the house that can be accessed from multiple locations. This covered porch is very wide so offers lots of room for outdoor dining, conversation or soaking in our 6 person hot tub. We also have a fire pit in the yard with chairs, situated away from the house for safety, but still easily accessible from the porch.

In front of the house, we have a wraparound driveway and lots of parking space for cars and snowmobiles. Upon request, we will allow use of the 2 car garage for safe storage of snowmobiles and motorcycles. A separate agreement will need to be signed should you want to take advantage of this option.

We are enhancing our already high cleaning standards to meet new CDC recommendations.
- All linens continue to be washed at a commercial facility at recommended temperatures.
- Cleaning is upgraded to mitigate the COVID-19 risk areas (call for details).
- Additional disinfectants will be provided to guests to sanitize as desire
