I booked a room through expedia. I specifically booked one with a jetted tub and was looking forward to that but when we got there they had a conference going on and gave my jetted tub room to someone else. They did upgrade our room to a suite at no charge which was great, however after walking and driving around Yellowstone park all day and with a bad back i was really hurting which was why I booked the room with that tub because I knew that I would need it

This hotel is quiet, conveniently located and safe. The buffet breakfast was very good, and I liked the free cookies in the evening. In all, it's nothing fancy, but if you are spending your days in Yellowstone National Park and just need a close and comfy place to sleep, this hotel is perfect.

I loved my stay here. My family was very comfortable. Everything was super clean and well kept. Staff was great and helpful. Location of the hotel is amazing and close to the west entrance as well!! would definitely stay here again.
