The best I can offer is it had a reasonably comfortable bed. Very minimalist. Tiny bar of soap, tiny tube of shampoo, small bath towels. Furniture in the room in very poor condition. Hair found in the shower that was not ours. Overall, I'm glad it was for one night. I wouldn't stay there again. Very close to Roosevelt Field Mall.

they cancelled my reservation for 2 nights they cancelled it at 7pm on my day of arrival and did not tell me. i had to make a reservation at the desk for one night at 2am after arriving fron ft. lauderdale. i had to book another hotel for my second night. they said my credit card was denied and that is why they cancelled me without telling me. i used that same card an hour earlier at hertz and even used the same card they said was denied earlier by them to rebook a room . terrible customer service

They kept the place pretty clean but I kept finding dead roaches. We stayed there two night and both night there were dead roaches. Obviously they fumigated but I must have been in the room close to the infestation. Other the then dead guest it was fine.

They were really nice and they’re super pet friendly! It’s a nice hotel- a little older but clean. I think it’s a little pricey for this brand of hotel, but that’s bc it’s in New York and close to the city.
