The hotel gives us comfort and easy walking access to work. The property is in pretty good condition. The food at the restaurant could have non chilli options.

The property had just underwent a hurricane and they were still trying to get the moisture out of the lobby area. The staff were friendly, but they had also had the software glitch that morning and were still dealing with that. I cannot speak for the property under normal circumstances, but our stay was just fine considering the weather related and technology issues they had encountered.

Dont know what to say- booked premium price for 1 Suite King Bed with separated bedroom but ended up in a Studio. The pics didnt match with the room description- asked front desk and was advised that they dont have Suite King Bed as pictures- this is Fault advertisement Expedia offered $30 credit but we were pretty upset on how the local staff responded and treated. They need more training

When I looked at the rating and it was 9/10.I was like it cant be let me see myself.Honestly everything about this hotel is perfect.The only thing I wish they can be added is shuttle from the airport to the hotel.And the welcome greetings that displayed the customer name in the room.If those two can be added .No hotel in US can be compare with this hotel regardless I rate them 9.8/10

Hotel was very clean and new. The reception staff was nice and helpful. We had a slight issue checking in but they took care of it quickly. Appreciated the full sized bottles of bathroom amenities rather than the typical mini versions. AC worked very well in the room but wished the lobby had a little better air circulation. There were plenty of parking spots even when we got in at night time. Location is great for food as it's near Chinatown and Little Saigon.
