This adorable beach house is just one block from the private Fire District Beaches!

The house sleeps 8; has 4 bedrooms (three queens, one full), has one full bath inside, an outdoor shower, an open concept living space, and a screened in front porch with seating area and outdoor dining table.

There's plenty of room outside for yard games, a wrap around deck, and a gas grill.

Two walk on beach passes included - beach gear for your use -- 6 beach chairs, an umbrella and some beach toys are included.

Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc.
Please bring your own towels and sheets.

Fantastic Location & Relaxing Stay

The weeks we spent at this rental were absolutely fabulous. The location, the yard, the screened in porch and cleanliness make this a first class listing. We also loved the outdoor shower. Would absolutely recommend this listing to other families. We hope to stay again in the future!

Wonderful Misquamicut cottage close to the beach

Very short walk to the beach! Nicely updated cottage with great kitchen, and AC. There’s a really relaxing sun room on the front and a spacious backyard with fire pit, and a wrap around deck with a grill. Outdoor shower was great for the beach too! We had a great stay!

A wonderful stay in Misquamicut!

Our family has stayed in many summer rentals in Misquamicut and this one is definitely one of the best! It was very clean and the house is perfect for a week at the beach. Tracy and Rosemary were so easy to communicate with - thank you for such a great stay!

Beautiful Week!

Beautiful week in Misquamicut. The house was perfect and very clean. The outside shower was the best. Nice short walk to the beach. Bedrooms were roomy and kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect week!
