The first floor offers an open concept living area with a cozy leather sectional sofa, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, and a convenient half bath with laundry facilities. On the second floor, you’ll find two private bedrooms with Queen beds, each equipped with a 44” Smart TV and a private ensuite bathroom featuring walk-in showers. Modern amenities include Central Air, a 65” Smart TV for streaming, and High-Speed Fiber Optic Internet.

Relax outdoors on the large shared front porch or gather around the shared firepit in the backyard. The property is conveniently located across the road from River Valley Country Club, and it’s a short drive to explore Cowanesque Lake, Corning NY, and the enchanting Wine Country of Keuka and Seneca Lake.
