Comfortable stay & great location
Very comfortable bed and relaxing stay. Staff was excellent. Great breakfast. Large pool, small exercise room. Very easy parking. Large hotel but they handle large group easily. Great location to shopping.

Overall the stay was pretty well. I enjoyed the comforts of housekeeping supplying our needs and the staff was very helpful. We weren’t from the area so given the experience I would stay again.

Property has really gone downhill. My room smells like sewage. The elevator is down and I’m on the 5th floor which is pretty unacceptable. The bed is clean and the front desk service was good but that cannot make up for how much this place stinks, how noisy it is, and how run down everything appears. I don’t have somewhere else to stay so I’m sticking the night out but this place is repulsive, I cannot recommend it.

The room itself was clean and lovely, but the chair at the desk was faded and old, the carpet in the hallway was older, the walls by the elevator had old wallpaper that was Denji, and in the bathroom, the towel rack fell off in my hand, and there was dirt in the corner that had not been picked up previously by the cleaning service.

The staff was not very friendly. The housekeeping staff was inconsistent. First we were not told that there was no housekeeping on a daily basis. Had to tell them to toss my trash. One day they cleaned the bathroom but did not make our beds. One day they "made" the beds but not very well. Just pulled the blankets up. I just don't understand for the amount you pay you get horrible service.

Everything was fine here except the elevators served only the top of the U shaped complex on one arm but my room was on the top of the other arm. A long walk from the elevator near room 401 and my room 461. Three long hallways to walk down. There were stairs near my room but they took you to an outside exit nowhere near the lobby. If there was some elevator or hallway I missed, it was not signed. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

This an order hotel. The furnishings and decor are dark. However, the room is clean spacious. Very comfortable bed. Nice TV. The lobby was clean and the check-in person was very pleasant and friendly. The cookies were GREAT. It is an older hotel with dark decor, but is very clean and everything is working fine. I stay here again.
