Not the worst, not the cleanest. The photos of the breakfast buffet are probably AI: expect a typical free hotel breakfast. First time in my history of travel that a hotel employee knocked on the door 5 minutes before checkout (as we were about to wheel suitcases out the door) and asked if we were about to checkout. It felt like they were trying to rush us our the door.

First of all, I loved the front desk staff. Winter was the absolute best! Really really loved her. The rest of the stay was not the best. It was really loud and almost impossible to sleep. We could hear everything outside of our door and above us despite running the AC and using a white noise machine. Both nights someone tried to come in to our room too around 3am. If my husband hadn’t been with me I wouldn’t have felt safe… at all. The room itself was clean but paneling was loose around the bed, the bed was massive but really soft and unsupported so, morning back-aches and the bathroom was teeny tiny. Really really tiny. The shower was weak as well and the toiletries were not very useful at all. “What is this? A soap bar FOR ANTS?!” The breakfast was actually pretty good, though. It’s my second time staying and I most likely won’t stay again. It served its purpose for the last two trips, there won’t be a third stay. Honestly, I should have asked for a refund.

Upon our arrival, the front desk person was outstanding. My wife is currently in a cast and there was no way for her to use the shower in our room. We asked if they had a chair we could use and she helped us with no problems.

Everything was clean and smelled clean as well. Friendly staff. They even stopped by to see if we needed towels which was great because we usually have to ask at the front desk for fresh towel. Great breakfast as well.
