I book non-smoking room from expedia before 2 weeks. However, When I checked in they told me only smoking room is available. I disagreed because i booked non smoking room before. Then they told me if i want non smoking room they will charge me extra $18. I feel scammed when staying at this hotel. will never come back. terrible

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I was here a couple days. Everything was clean in the unit, I felt safe, & for the price you can’t beat it. Staff were very friendly & helpful. I’d stay here again.

We don't like the night staff on the counter don't let me check in and ask me to wait 30 minutes at 4am then i pay for 2 day's and the clerk only check for 1 day do in the morning of the same day i arrived they'll asked me to leave horrible service from james

There was a roach in my room and the sheets were itchy and I ended up getting bit up on my face and body I had my newborn baby with me i asked for a refund there we’re not trying to give me my money back only partial

An active area but not bad, folk keep to themselves. Transactions going on in the street, but the hotel was safe, no problems at all. You have to pay attention to what is going on around you pretty much everywhere in LA. We stayed here for our Disney trip, which is close and an easy drive. We would stay here again.

Broken mattresses
Both beds in the room were caving in, whether due to broken springs or just being so old and worn out. I cannot believe they would not change broken mattresses out and would let paying customers sleep on broken beds. We were so uncomfortable. Also, the floor was dirty, there were hairballs on the bathroom floor, and hairs on the “clean” towels.
