We paid approx $198.00 for a king bed, 2 people. The room was very small, (my bathroom and closet are larger), the faucet was loose, sprayed water everywhere, the furniture very old (70’s), and the carpet needed to be replaced! Won’t be staying in Albuquerque again anytime soon!!!

Needs some TLC, but a decent place to stay
The place is “well-loved” and would use some TLC from a maintenance team… but it was clean and felt safe. Front desk staff was great. Bed was comfortable, though I wish they would move away from a blanket (knowing how sometimes they’re skipped) like other places. I would have also preferred to not have carpet (again, due to cleanliness stories), but it wasn’t bad. Bathroom was clean and smelled of bleach, which I was very okay with. The property is between the interstate and a light industrial area, but it felt safe enough and was well lit. Interior halls were a plus and not too noisy. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t fancy, but was enjoyable and did the job. Overall, I felt good about it, even if it could use some changes.

Staff member tried to come into my room in the middle of the night. I opened the door and he said, I was assigned to 223 not 221 that I was in. The key was programmed by the staff member not me. He even wrote 221 on the key holder. I was sound asleep and then heard someone at the door, didn't sleep the rest of the night. UNSAFE

Both mornings out of waffles and syrup one day put of coffee. Carpet was filthy electrical outlets and fixtures falling out of the wall sink faucet and shower shot water everywhere. Manager only had excuses about being busy from the balloon fiesta in town. We paid $202 per night which was higher than the normal rate and all we got was excuses. Terrible

The hotel rooms need a real upgrade. Carpet is disgusting! There is a lot of homeless people around, walking through and camping by the parking lot. First desk guy got very offensive when I asked about safety. He was nice besides that. We will never stay here again.
